Paradise Pines Women’s Club
The Paradise Pines Women’s Club was started 30 years ago as a social club for the women. It started as a potluck lunch and grew into an organization with almost 200 members. At this time, it split into two clubs. The Paradise Pines Women’s Club meets every third Thursday at 6309 Clark Road in Paradise.
All women from Paradise to Sterling City can be a member. We can have the regular lunch or one can have a Chef’s Salad. There is an entertainment of interest at each meeting. At Christmastime, there is a lunch where husbands or a guest can join us. We also do some charity work. There are several special days. The Country Store, No-Bake Sale, games, yard sales and a card party complete with lunch and prize drawings.
These are fundraisers for our donation to the Upper Ridge Volunteer Fire Department, Alzheimer’s Mille’s Place and other charities.
