Welcome to Paradise Pines Property Owner’s Association!
Nestled in the trees outside of Paradise CA, in the town of Magalia, is the community of Paradise Pines. Originally thought of as a retirement community, the area now has many families with teens and young children. All Paradise Pines property owners are members of the POA.
The “heart” of the Paradise Pines is the POA Village. Here you will find the administrative offices, pool, tennis courts, playground, as well as many activities for all ages and interests. The Library, in the Administrative building, contains books available for loan and also displays art works for sale by the Art Guild. The 250 capacity Recreation Hall, with a bar and full kitchen facilities, hosts many of the POA activities, including the Friday Night Happy Hour, and is available for private parties and weddings. The Paradise Pines Nugget is the official publication of the Paradise Pines Property Owner’s Association. Mailed monthly to all owners and subscribers, the Nugget publishes the minutes of the POA Board of Directors’ meetings, financial information, proposed rules or policy changes, election of Board Directors, assessment fees, and other notifications. Regular features include manager, board member, and committee messages, club news and activities, upcoming events, other articles of interest, and a calendar of events.
